The business had grown to the point of thinking about employing someone to do the Admin.
However, they were wary as there was no system in place and where cautious regarding time scales. They knew that if they got it wrong it could end up costing them more than it should.
I gave them an alternative. I gave them the flexibility and experience they needed and the peace of mind knowing they were only paying for the time it took (which could vary week to week), with no Employment issues arising.
Once they were ready to, they could Employ someone knowing exactly how many hours/week was needed with a clear defined system in place. With myself on hand to do the training & offer continued support.
